Jeremy David Green came screaming and kicking into the world today at 4:34 PM Pacific time. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20.25 inches long.

Kelly was induced a couple of weeks early. Due to her age, (I will pay for that) and the fact that she shocked her doctor by not having any complications with the pregnancy, the doctor decided to get the baby while the getting was good.

The day started out interesting, we were told to be at the hospital at 7:15, this meant getting friends to come and help us with our two older boys to get them off to school. Thank you to Herb for coming over and performing that duty. Herb does not present all that well at 5:45. With the task of sending the boys off to school well in hand, Kelly and I went to the hospital... only to be told to go home.

You see, the stork was extremely busy today and they had no place for us. They sent us home with instructions to come back at noon. We got back to the hospital and they induced labor at 1:15 PM. Of course this required me to get yet another friend to pick the older boys up from school and thank you to Steve "Mighty" Gomez for fulfilling that task! Steve stayed with us until Jeremy was born and it was great having him there!

As of this writing mom and baby are doing great, I am ready for bed though so I will post these pictures and get out of here.
